National Offer Day

On offer day (Tuesday 16th April 2023) an email will be sent after 4pm informing you of your offer.

You must accept or decline the school place you have been offered by Tuesday 30th Aprils 2024. If it has not been possible to offer your child a place in your preferred school, you have the right to add their name to the waiting list and lodge an appeal (the process can be found below).

When accepting your place, you will be given further admissions paperwork to complete and a letter with our planned transition dates - we are so excited to be welcoming you to our little family!

Reception Application Appeals

If your child is due to start Primary school in September 2024, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Tuesday 16th April 2023).

You needed to submit your appeal before Tuesday 14th May 2023 for it to be considered. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.

For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education
